This is a used fuel pump. This is the high-pressure pump that is mounted to the engine. This is the pump only and not a full assembly. For vehicles with the 2.0L engine (engine ID BPY).

This is the engine-mounted high pressure fuel pump (HPFP). It fits vehicles with the 2.0L Turbo FSI engine, most commonly identified by engine code BPY. It does NOT fit the later 2.0L TSI engines.
