For 4.6L engines, verify your vehicle's 8th VIN digit is 8. For 5.4L engines, verify your vehicle's 8th VIN digit is V.

This is a used ignition coil for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles with a 4.6L or 5.4L 3-valve V8 engine. It is critical to verify that your vehicle requires the coil with the brown boot, which is used on engines with 12mm spark plugs (typically model year 2008 and newer).
