This is a left (driver side) cylinder head for a 5.4L 3-Valve V8 engine. It fits the updated design that uses 12mm spark plugs. The 2008 model year was a split year; please verify your vehicle has the 12mm spark plug design before ordering. The updated design is typically identified by brown ignition coil boots, whereas the older 16mm plug design used black boots.
