Buying a Used 2007-2012 Rondo Headlight

1. Confirm the Correct Style: First and foremost, verify it's for the correct year range (early vs. late style). If you have a 2010, know your production date before you shop.
2. Check All Mounting Tabs: The Rondo headlight is held by two 10mm bolts on top and a plastic guide/clip on the lower rear side. Ensure all these points are intact and not cracked or repaired. A broken tab will cause the headlight to vibrate or sit improperly.

After installation, you MUST aim the headlights. Failure to do so can result in a poor light pattern on the road and dangerous glare for oncoming drivers. The general procedure is:

1. Park the car on a level surface, 25 feet away from a flat, vertical wall.
2. Measure the height from the ground to the center of your headlight bulb.
3. On the wall, make a horizontal mark at that same height.
